Body Image Program:

  • Space designed to explore and strengthen the relationship (thoughts and beliefs) we have about our body.

  • It raises group and individual awareness about the cultural and media pressure toward thinness, helping to strengthen and improve your body image perception.

Conscious Wellbeing:

  • A comprehensive 21-day program that integrates mindfulness into three areas: mental, physical, and spiritual.

  • On the mental side, we'll focus on habits and productivity; we'll have a masterclass on habits and time management.

  • The physical aspect includes nutrition and posture. Nutrition assessments are conducted to understand your connection with your body's needs, as well as intuitive eating sessions, eating exercises, and weekly menus. To improve your physical health and posture, we will have sessions to analyze your posture, identify pain, and share workouts to improve it.
